The Translational Research Office (TRO) has released a new brochure to highlight the success of their Experts in Residence programme.

The brochure provides detailed insights on the structure of the program the key stakeholders, testimonials, and a directory for researchers to learn more information about the experts.

The Experts in Residence programme provides Oxford researchers with access to world-leading expertise, supporting translational researchers to successfully deliver impact from their discovery research programmes.

The scheme has grown under the leadership of the TRO, becoming a unique resource for the Oxford innovation community. Whether a specific hurdle needs to be overcome or a broad surgery session is required to map out a long- term translation pathway for a specific technology – an expert is on hand with a depth of experience and knowledge to support an academic researcher.

The experts can provide insight into clinical or commercial potential of a technology, help to navigate complex pathways of regulatory approval or assist with the design of project plans to ensure robust datasets are gathered which will be required for downstream commercial uptake.
