You can hold meetings in a Nexus365 Team. Meeting notes, document and online chat will be stored in the Team.

Created: March 2020


Go to the Teams app and click Calendar.



Click New meeting.



Enter your meeting details:

  1. You can specify people from the Team who should attend. Only people who have been entered here will receive calendar invites.
  2. Specify the channel you would like to hold the meeting in.

Notify channel about the meeting


The meeting will be posted in the channel you added it to.

To send a notification about the meeting to the channel use the @channel command (type @ and the channel name) in the reply field: 


Invite yourself to a Meeting


Members of the Team can invite themselves to the meeting by clicking the item in the channel posts to open the meeting details. The meeting details include the option to Add to calendar
