You can restrict content to sub-set of team members by using a private channel. This shows you how to set up a private channel and manage members.

Create Private Team

Go to your team:

  1. Click the ellipses.
  2. Selct Add channel.

  1. Give your channel a name.
  2. The description is optional.
  3. From the drop down list select Private.

Click Next.

Manage membership

  1. Click the ellipses.
  2. Click Manage channel. (You can also choose the Add members option if you only need to add people, but not remove them).

Add members

Type the name (you can only add people who are already members of the Team) and click Add.

Remove members

Click the cross to remove someone from the channel.
