This shows you how to use the My Template feature in Outlook 2016 and Nexus365 (Outlook365).

Outlook 2016

Open a new email and select View templates.

Click Template.

  1. Enter a template title (this doesn't form the subject line).
  2. Enter the text for the body of your message.
  3. Click Save.

When you click your template the text is entered into your email.

 

Nexus365 (Office365)

Open a new message and:

  1. Click the ellipses.
  2. Select My Templates.

Click Template.
