Booking a Meeting Room
Most University buildings have bookable meeting rooms, which will be managed through local booking systems. Please contact the Reception in your building to find out what rooms are available, and how bookings are handled.
As a rule of thumb, you should explore the room booking options in the building you are based in first. Internal booking requests are prioritised over external ones and your chances of securing a meeting room will be much higher within your own building.
In the instance that you are unable to book space in your building, you could inquire with one of the other buildings in the vicinity:
Big Data Institute (BDI) | 01865 287770
BioEscalator | 01865 618803
Botnar Research Centre | 01865 227374
Kennedy Institute | 01865 612600
NDM Research Building | 01865 612900
Old Road Campus Research Building (ORCRB) | 01865 617331 |
Visitors
If your meeting includes external visitors, please ensure you are familiar with the visitor policy of the building in which the meeting is being held. It is likely that visitors will need to sign in at Reception and receive a visitor pass before they are permitted access to the building and meeting room.
