You may have more than one OneDrive for Business (Nexus365, OnTheHub, personal OneDrive). You should use the Nexus365 option.
- Short term sharing and transmission of documents internally and externally.
- Long term shared document storage. An individual's Nexus OneDrive will be deleted when they leave the University. You should use other options, such as Network Drives or SharePoint.
- Documents that have a on premise storage requirement. Network Drives or SharePoint provide on premise storage, FILR can be used for on premise sharing and transfer.
