As part of preparations for our dry run of REF, we are thinking about research that crosses traditional disciplinary boundaries. The national guidance emphasises that panels will assess interdisciplinary work with particular care (summary here) drawing on the conclusions of an advisory panel.   Please continue to Act on Acceptance as it’s vital for meeting expectations of our research environment as well as ensuring individual papers are eligible for REF.
