The Equality and Diversity Unit and the BME Staff Network are pleased to announce the re-launch of Pivot, the University’s mentoring programme for BME members of staff.

Pivot focuses on career progression and matches mentors and mentees to meet one to one to identify, set and work towards career goals.

Mentees should be a Grade 6+ employee of the University or a College who identifies as BME.
Mentors should be a Grade 8+ employee of the University of a College. It is not required that mentors identify as BME. Though, BME mentor applicants are strongly encouraged.

Application closing date is Friday, November 23.
