Following the 2016 national pay negotiations, the annual pay uplift for non-clinical University staff has been approved for implementation at Oxford.

The uplift is a 1.1% increase on salaries, save for the first three points (i.e. Grade 1) of the University’s salary and grading structure where larger increases of up to 2% apply. The uplift is effective from 1 August 2016 and will be implemented in the November 2016 payroll.
