Your Nexus email and calendar account will be moved to Nexus365 (the cloud-hosted Office 365 service) between April and August 2018. You will receive a series of countdown emails in advance of your move to Nexus365, which will provide information on what to expect and where to get help. The first of these will be sent four weeks before your migration date. Please look out for emails from email@example.com. The project will be liaising with MSD IT Services (or your department’s own IT Staff if you don’t use MSD IT) and other key contacts to ensure appropriate levels of support are available on the day of migration. The new service will give you a much larger mailbox size (50GB) and access to some additional tools including Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business, Groups, Teams, Delve and Planner; and an easier mechanism for downloading and installing Microsoft Office 2016 to your own computer. Please ensure you read the policies and guidelines for best practice in use of these, particularly OneDrive for Business (available at http://help.it.ox.ac.uk/nexus365/onedrive-business-usage).
