The Oxford University Clinical Research Society is launching a new Research Opportunities Database, hosted through Weblearn, in collaboration with the MSD IT department and Dr Catherine Swales. This database aims to connect clinical medical students in Years 4-6 who want to be involved in research with PIs and clinicians running research projects, in order to promote equitable access to research opportunities.

We are welcoming projects for display on the database from individuals or groups who would like a medical student on their team. The database can be accessed on WebLearn (please see instructions for uploading projects onto WebLearn). Once the projects have been published, they will appear in a drop-down list, which can be accessed by clinical medical students. If interested in a particular project, students will be advised to contact the clinician or PI directly using the contact details provided when the project was uploaded.
