On November 21st, 2017, IT Services will be introducing a change to the eduroam login process in order to comply with current eduroam technical and organisational standards. The change will take place between 7 and 9 am and from this point onwards everyone must use the username format username@OX.AC.UK (where username is your remote access account name) in order to log in to eduroam.

 The most straight-forward method of updating your Wi-Fi configuration is:

  1. Forget/remove the network connection. You can follow these instructions for removing a network connection

  2. Then recreate the connection using either the CAT tool for configuring eduroam or following the manual instructions for your device.
