Oxfordshire County Council’s Access to Headington roadworks at Marsh Lane / Cherwell Drive have been delayed, and will now continue until the end of July. Work on the footways between London Road and Woodlands Road will also continue this month but should only affect pedestrians. Work on the John Radcliffe main entrance is expected to begin on Monday 30 July with as much as possible being completed during school holidays. The OUH NHS Trust has explored opening up other gateways to the JR site, but this is unfortunately not possible. Therefore, although July and August are quieter on the roads, delays will be possible at peak times. For updates please see the County Council website.
