June 2019 - Excavation complete, substructure work starts

  • The pedestrian route plan is now fully operational  
  • The bulk excavation is now complete, the first tower crane has been erected and construction of the substructure is now underway
  • Disruption will be kept to a minimum, but there will be a noticeable increase in vehicle movements.
