Masters Courses in Radiology
Taught masters courses in Diagnostic Imaging or Endovascular Neurosurgery (Interventional Neuroradiology)
These taught masters courses are designed with two types of graduates in mind, both medical and non-medical. It is envisaged that non-medically qualified students will be physical science graduates, with an interest in the technology used in the management and diagnosis of disease in a modern healthcare setting, while medical graduates will gain a greater understanding of the role of these modalities in the management of disease conditions.
- Diagnostic Imaging- covers basic radiological science, including computed tomography, nuclear medicine, magnetic resonance imaging, and ultrasound.
- Endovascular Neurosurgery (Interventional Neuroradiology) - is concerned with interventional neuro-radiological techniques, as such it requires GMC registration.
