The main longitudinal cohort has always been the foundation for OPTIMA’s research with a wealth of data collected over many years. In addition to participating in the longitudinal cohort, suitable cohort members have had the opportunity to take part in various sub-studies, clinical trials and other clinical research projects. We have also recruited participants outside of the cohort for specific studies.
